Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in the Millet Life app, published by Aravir Technologies Private Limited. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or request deletion by email.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (instant)
- Open the Millet Life app and go to Profile (top-right icon on the Home screen).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address your account is registered with:

We verify the request using your registered email and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

Deleting your account permanently removes:
| Account profile | Your name, email address, and password. |

| Your activity | Your favourites, your recipe ratings, and the recipes you submitted for review. |
| Sessions | All sign-in / session tokens for your account. |
What is kept (and for how long)
- Nothing personal is retained after deletion except as noted below.
- Published recipes: if a recipe you submitted was already approved and added to the public catalogue, that catalogue entry may remain available to other users, but it is de-identified — no longer linked to you.
- Push-notification tokens are stored at the device level and are not linked to your account. The app removes its token when you turn notifications off, and a token is also dropped automatically once the notification service reports the app has been uninstalled.
- Security logs (e.g. IP address for abuse prevention) are kept only for a short period — up to 90 days — and then automatically deleted.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. In-app deletion takes effect immediately; email requests are completed within 30 days.
